Thank you, Van Goskar. I use a nickel (níquel in portuguese) wire connected to powerful lamps. The wire's temperature depends on the number of lamps.

I like to work with Styrofoam too bcause it is such a maleable medium you can shape it in any imaginable way. I have also carved some sculptures in foam for the Christmas parade in Panama, my hometown. I really love your work, it's inspirng for me.
